Selection criteria (jobs, internships, volunteering)
Each application is reviewed carefully based on the following criteria:

- A good understanding of our educational approach and programs
- A personal reflection on the meaning of peace, a culture of peace and the quality of human relations
- An interest in intercultural contexts
- The ability to work collaboratively and constructively with our teams, partners, and members of the Foundation Board
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills
- Excellent written communication and strong writing skills
- A good command of office software and collaborative work platforms
