Our mission in
France
In France, children and young people are facing growing challenges: bullying, peer violence, cyberbullying, emotional vulnerability, psychological distress and school disengagement are affecting an increasing number of students.
To respond to these challenges, we are gradually developing partnerships with educational and social stakeholders, both public and private, through pedagogical resources and workshops tailored to local realities.
Our ambition is to help create learning environments that are more respectful, empowering and conducive to the well-being and fulfilment of every child and every young person.
Our educational programs – Graines de Paix
Two programmes designed to support children and young people in developing their emotional, relational and civic skills.
AdoGoZen (For ages 11 to 16) Interactive and engaging workshops designed to help young people strengthen their socio-emotional skills, better understand their emotions, and prevent situations of violence or tension. The programme fosters more constructive peer relationships and contributes to a respectful group climate.
Léon et ses émotions (for ages 4 to 12)
An immersive exhibition and educational resources designed to help children explore their emotions and develop empathy.
Our actions in France
Graines de Paix France was established in 2015. We occasionally carry out awareness-raising, training and dissemination activities for our educational programmes, in response to specific needs expressed by schools, local authorities and partner institutions.
- Interactive workshops for educational teams, parents and professionals in the social sector
- Tailor-made training programmes for educational teams
- Travelling exhibitions such as “Léon et ses émotions”, for schools, media libraries and cultural venues
