Selection criteria
Each application for a job, internship or volunteer opportunity is carefully reviewed based on the following criteria:
- A clear alignment between your professional experience and the position you are applying for
- A strong motivation to contribute to the mission and vision of Graines de Paix, together with a good understanding of its educational approach and programmes
- A thoughtful reflection on what peace, a culture of peace, and the quality of human relationships mean to you, as well as an interest in intercultural contexts
- The ability to work collaboratively and constructively with our teams, partners, and members of the Foundation Board
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills
- Excellent written communication and strong writing skills
- A good command of office software and collaborative work platforms
