Nathalie Bouchaib Garolle

Nathalie Bouchaib Garolle is a specialist in finance and impact investment, with over 20 years of experience in banking, asset management, and sustainability.
She currently serves as Senior Consultant at Chemonics UK. She is also a co-founder of Triple Effect Capital and the Pink Money Club, a Geneva-based network of finance professionals united by a shared ambition to find innovative solutions to major economic and societal challenges.
Earlier in her career, she led global sales at Symbiotics Asset Management, one of the world’s leading impact investment firms focused on microfinance and emerging markets. She also held senior roles at HSBC, Zurich Insurance, Ecofin Fund Management, and Duff & Phelps, and serves on the Board of Advisors at Impact Finance.
Nathalie holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Strategy & International Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Master’s degree in Business Management & Finance Engineering from EDC Paris Business School.
Deeply committed to philanthropy and women’s empowerment, she is an active member of Giving Women, the Geneva-based association dedicated to supporting women philanthropists and making a meaningful difference in the lives of girls and women worldwide. Through this engagement, she has deepened her understanding of grassroots organisations, community-led development, and the critical role of skills-based philanthropy in creating lasting social change, values that align closely with the approach of Graines de Paix.
I am convinced that education plays a decisive role in preventing violence and building more inclusive societies, a vision I fully share with Graines de Paix. I am glad to bring my expertise in impact finance, governance, strategic partnerships, and international networks to support the Foundation’s development and outreach.
