Classroom children taking part in an educational activity

Digitalization and AI are transforming education and social cohesion : children, youth and societies are impacted. Human connections are weakening; mental health is deteriorating. Youth violence is on the rise, as is violence in the world at large.

About Graines de Paix

Graines de Paix provides innovative solutions that combine violence prevention and peace skills within education and training. We develop interactive and experiential learning experiences based on dialogue and experimentation (“Learning by Dialog” and “Learning by Doing”), in order to transform educational practices in a sustainable way.

Active in Switzerland and West Africa, the Foundation works with children, young people, families and educational communities. As part of its digital transformation strategy, it is currently developing an LMS/LXP platform to deliver large-scale certified training programmes, as well as digital solutions aimed at preventing violence.

Design, develop and deploy innovative digital learning solutions, combining LMS and LXP pathways to support the continuous professional development of teachers through our national programmes in Africa and our open programmes for teachers in Western countries. You will act as a bridge between complex field-based pedagogical needs and educational technologies, particularly experiential approaches, to transform teaching practices and learning methods through dialogue and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning pathway design:
Assess teachers’ training needs and design hybrid learning modules (blended learning) integrating digital tools adapted to low-resource environments.

2. EdTech content development:
Design and develop interactive digital resources (e-learning modules, mobile applications, simulations and adaptive quizzes) in collaboration with educational experts and trainers.

3. EdTech monitoring and integration:
Assess and select the most relevant EdTech tools (LMS, LXP, videoconferencing tools and mobile applications) for the Foundation, ensuring compatibility with local infrastructure and compliance with data standards.

4. Training and support:
Train trainers in the use of new digital tools and support the implementation of new pedagogical approaches in the field.

5. Evaluation and continuous improvement:
Establish monitoring and evaluation indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital learning solutions and recommend improvements based on user feedback.

6. Intercultural collaboration:
Work closely with field teams, local partners and educational authorities to ensure that the solutions developed are culturally relevant and pedagogically sound.
