    You bequeath a share of your estate (e.g. 10%, 50%) or a category of assets (jewelry, works of art, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are two possible options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Holograph wills<\/strong>: These must be entirely handwritten, dated (day, month, year) and signed. Can be kept at home, entrusted to a trustworthy person, or deposited with a notary.

    • Public wills<\/strong>: drawn up by a notary in the presence of witnesses, offer greater legal security and limit the risk of contestation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
