Holder of a certificate of professional competence, MIEZAN is a former student of the École Normale Supérieure in Abidjan. He was successively a primary school teacher, a teacher trainer, a pedagogical advisor to the teachers of the Teacher Training Centre before becoming a pedagogical inspector of this institution. He is currently in charge pedagogy and innovation at the Pedagogy and Continuing Education Department of the Ministry of National Education of Côte d’Ivoire.
