Peace is a right and a duty
Peace is a right of the human species, but it is also a duty...
It follows that every man, and mankind as a whole, must be not only the object, but also the subject of peace. Men may enjoy this right, but they must, at the same time, keep it in being! Peace is the work of justice and the fruit of love, but it must also be the product of education, or, better said, education must be one of its most effective instruments of action.
If you desire peace, prepare for peace.
