With a multidisciplinary professional background, Nathalie Ritter has worked for several years in Switzerland and abroad in the humanitarian sector (ICRC), in development aid, as well as in education (EPFL). She has managed projects, programs, and operations. She holds an MSc in project management and has completed various human-oriented training courses (NVC, NLP, neurosciences coach).
It is important to me to be active in fostering peaceful coexistence in order to work towards peace. I believe it is crucial that children are equipped from an early age to develop healthy interpersonal skills while learning to manage and prevent all forms of violence. In this way, they will be better able to embrace the values of listening, respect, and kindness.
The benefits derived from these skills lead to positive experiences that strengthen self-esteem and academic success. These positive values become enduring in adult life, contributing to societal change.»
